For Ex-servicemen – 500 mtr running – 2 minutes
Physical efficiency Test:

100 mtr running – 14.5 sec
High Jump – 1.25 mtr
Long Jump – 4.00 mtr
Short-Put (7.26 kg) – 5.80 mtr
800 mtr running – 12 minutes 50 seconds
For women:
100 mtr running – 18.5 sec
High Jump – 0.90 mtr
Long Jump – 2.50 mtr
Short-Put (4 kg) – 3.75 mtr
200 mtr running – 40 seconds
For Ex-servicemen:
100 mtr running – 17 sec
High Jump – 1.00 mtr
Long Jump – 3.00 mtr
Short-Put (4 kg) – 4.50 mtr
800 mtr running – 35 seconds
