SSC MTS Exam will be conducted in two stages. Examination process will be conducted for 150 marks in two tiers.

Tier 1 Exam (Computer Based Test CBT)-100 Marks

Tier 2 Descriptive Type Exam-50 marks

Tier 1 CBT Exam Dates: July 2026

Tier 1 Admit Card/Hall Ticket release date: 5 days before the exam date

Tier 2 Descriptive Type Exam date: 2026

Tier 2 Admit Card/Hall Ticket release date: 5 days before the exam date

Qualification for SSC MTS Jobs:

Matriculation/10th class passed candidates are eligible.

Age limits:

18-27 years for this SSC MTS Posts

SSC Tier 1 Computer Based Test will be conducted for 100 marks. And total 100 questions will be given. Exam duration is 90 minutes.

0.25 marks will deducted for each wrong answer.

SSC MTS Tier 2 Exam Pattern:

MTS Tier 2 exam will be conducted for 50 Marks. Exam duration is 30 minutes.

Paper 2 is only for the candidates who get the cut off mark in Tier 1 Exam.

Candidates have to write a Short Essay or Letter in English or his state level language.

Syllabus will be 10^th class level.

Paper 2 is conducted to know the candidates basic language skills.

Paper 2 is qualifying nature only.

For preparing merit list paper 1 marks only considered.
