APSET 2026 Exam: APSET is going to be conducted on 28-03-2026 & 29-03-2026 all over AP state by Andhra University. Exam centers are given in eight cities of AP state. APSET-2026 is OMR based offline test only. APSET Hall Tickets are released by Andhra University on 19-03-2026. Candidates can download exam hall ticket from the official website of APSET at www.apset.net.in. Andhra University has released the ‘APSET -2025’ examination hall tickets for Lecturer / Assistant Professor vacancies in Universities and Degree Colleges. Hall Tickets are available on the website to download. Candidates who have applied for the APSET test can download their hall tickets. According to the schedule, a statewide entrance test will be held on 28/29-03-2026. The APSET 2026 test will be conducted in the offline mode (OMR Based) in Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Guntur, Nellore, Anantapur, Kadapa, Kurnool and Tirupati.
Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test 2026 Exam Pattern and Exam dates:
APSET 2026 Exam Pattern:
- Written test will be conducted for 300 marks. The examination consists of two papers (Paper-1 and Paper-2).
- Paper-1 contains 50 questions -100 marks, while Paper-2 contains 100 questions -200 marks. That means 2 marks for each question.
- Paper-1 Questions will be asked from Teaching / Research aptitude and in Paper-2 Subject related questions will be asked.
- Exam will be conducted in OMR format only.
- Exam Paper-1 duration is 1 hour, Paper-2 exam duration is 2 hours.
- There will be no negative marks.
APSET 2026 Exam Time:
The APSET test will be held in the morning and afternoon sessions on 28/29-03-2026. Paper-1 examination will be conducted from 9.30am to 10.30am and Paper-2 examination from 11am to 1pm.

To download the hall tickets candidates must have registered mail id and password, security code.
