Selection Process for BHEL Engineer Trainee Vacancy Recruitment 2026:
Selection process will be conduct in two parts. one is written test (GATE-2025) and second one is Interview. Those are qualified for written test will be called for interview. Candidates who are willing to join in BHEL as a Engineer Trainee will have to appear for Graduate Aptitude Test-2025. Based on the GATE-2025 marks only candidates will be shortlisted. Final merit list will be prepared on basis on 75% weight-age in GATE-2025 score and 25% in Interview.
Training and Pay Scale:
One year training for candidates who are joining as a BHEL Engineer Trainee.
Pay Scale: Rs.20600-46500/-
After successful training
Pay Scale: Rs.24900-50500/-

For BHEL Trainee Engineer posts online link will be activated on BHEL official website http://careers.bhel.in/.in from 9th January 2026 at 10:00 AM and closes on 31st January 2026 at 05:00 PM. Those candidates who applied for appearing in GATE-2025 in the relevant Engineering discipline as advertised by BHEL should apply. The candidates belonging to the OBC/OC are required to pay the amount of Rs.250/- as non-refundable processing fee through only State Bank of India branches across the country, to “Power Jyoti A/c 31170378124” only through the challan given in BHEL recruitment website. The Journal NO. given by the bank on payment of fee needs to be filled in the online application form and the challan copy of BHEL needs to be attached with Acknowledgement Slip and Sent to below given address.
