Auxiliary Nursing and Midwife by any recognized Institute and should have

Jobs in NHM UP- 10+2 with Diploma in DMLT or Degree in Medical
Laboratory Technology DMLT
For Pharmacist
Jobs in UP NHM-10th class with work experience as a laboratory
attendant in pathological lab/blood bank will be preferred

After completion of
application process, initial screening will be conducted by UP NHM.
Initial screening will through written exam. Written exam qualified candidates
are eligible for documents verification based on merit in written test.
Exam Pattern and Syllabus for UP NHM Lab Technician, ANM, Staff Nurse Jobs:

Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness and Basic Computer knowledge-20 Marks
