Delhi Judicial Service Examination 2026: The High Court of Delhi released a public advertisement announcing appointments in Delhi   Judicial Service through Delhi Judicial Service Examination. A total of 53 vacancies are currently vacant at Advocate’s Post. Candidates those practicing law across the country can appear for Delhi Judicial Service Exam provided they satisfy the eligibility criterion. Delhi High Court, the conducting authority invites fresh applications from interested candidates through online mode from 07-11-2025 to 22-11-2025. Selection of candidates to the Delhi Judicial Services will be on the basis of Written Exam (Prelims & Mains) followed by Viva-Voce Test. A total of 53 vacancies are available as per the latest notification issued by High Court of Delhi to be filled through Delhi Judicial Service Examination, category-wise distribution of vacancies given below:

Candidates applying for Judicial Services Post at Delhi High Court must not exceed the upper age of 32 years as reckoned on 01-01-2025.

Candidates selected through Delhi Judicial Service Exam will be appointed on a proposed salary of Rs. 77840/- to 1,36,500/-

General candidates are required to deposit an application fee of Rs 1000/- payable through online mode only.

For SC/ST/PH candidates, application fee is Rs 200/-

Candidates who are interested to join Judicial Services through DJSE will be assessed on the basis of Written Exam to be conducted in two stages namely Preliminary Examination and Mains Examination followed by Viva-Voce test.

Prelims exam will be conducted for 200 marks.

Prelims Exam duration is 2 hours 30 minutes.

General legal knowledge and aptitude of the candidate,
candidate’s power of expression, flair in English.

9. The Specific Relief Act, 1963; 
10. The Limitation Act, 1963; 
11. The
    Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and The
    Commercial Courts Act, 2026 will be included

Mains Exam will be conducted for 850 marks.

Candidates willing to contend for High Court Jobs through Delhi Judicial Service Exam must register themselves online through the official website of Delhi High Court http://www.delhihighcourt.nic.in/, registration process of which is yet to begin from 07-11-2025 and lasts till 22-11-2025.
