The AP LAWCET/AP PGL CET-2026 encompasses admission to LLB (5-year/3-year) and LLM programs.
Andhra Pradesh AP LAWCET PGLCET 2026 Law Courses Admission Eligibility Criteria:
For 3 years LLB Course-Degree/PG with 45% marks for OC, 42% of BC, 40% for SC/ST
For 5 Years Law Degree Course-Inter with 45% marks for OC, 42% of BC, 40% for SC/ST
For LLM Course-LLB/BL 3/5 years degree qualification required
AP LAWCET 2026 Exam Syllabus Pattern:
AP LAWCET Exam will be conducted for 120 marks.
Total 120 questions will be given.
Each question carries one mark.
Exam duration is 90 minutes.
AP LAWCET Exam Pattern is
Part–A: General Knowledge and Mental Ability-30 Marks
Part – B: Current Affairs-30 marks
Part–C: Aptitude for the Study of Law-60 marks

AP PGL CET Exam Syllabus Pattern:
AP PGL CET Consists of two parts. Total 120 questions will be given and each question carries one mark.
Part-A: Jurisprudence-20, Constitutional Law-20-40 marks
Part-B: Public International Law 16, Mercantile Law 16, Labour Law 16, Crimes and Torts 16, and IPR and Other Laws 16-80 Marks

The entrance exam will be conducted in objective mode. For LLB courses, it will be available in both English and Telugu mediums, whereas the LLM exam will be solely in English.
