UPSC NDA and NA SSB Interview 2022: You are all aware that the UPSC NDA and NA exam will be conducted in three phases. Those who are qualified for the first two stages they are eligible for the final stage of Intelligence and Personality Test. Staff Selection Board will conduct the final stage based on the final list given by UPSC. This final interview is conducted for more than four days based on requirement. SSB procedure consists of two stages. It means final stage of UPSC NDA and NA exam will be conducted in two stages for four days interview and personality tests. We will see briefly about the SSB syllabus for final stage of Intelligence and Personality Test of UPSC NDA and NA Examination.

UPSC NA and NDA SSB Intelligence and Personality Test:
The SSB interview procedure will held in two stages. The candidates who cleared stage 1 of SSB Interview they are only eligible for Stage 2 SSB interview.
UPSC NDA and NA SSB interview Stage 1:
The stage 1 consists of Picture Perception and Description Test (PP&DT) tests of Officer Intelligence Rating. The candidates will be finalized to stage 2 in the basis of OIR Test and PP&DT. It means the candidates who are qualified in the stage 1 they are only eligible for the stage 2 SSB interview.
UPSC NDA and NA SSB interview Stage 2:
Stage II consists of Interview, Psychology tests, Group Testing Officer Tasks and the conference.
These tests will be conducted more than four days. The details of the tests are given in the Indian Army official website of joinindianarmy.nic.in.
The candidate’s personality will be assessed by three different officials those are the Psychologist, Group Testing Officer and the Interviewing Officer. Separate marks for each test are not available. The final score will be taken after completion of all the tests. There such type single test considerations. The marks will be allotted by the above said three officials. In addition to the above marks for conference are also considered bases on the candidate’s initial performance in the three techniques. All these three tests are having same weightage. The various tests of Psychologist, Group Testing Officer and the Interviewing Officer are designed to bring the candidates presence/ absence qualities of like officers and their trainability. Based on this finally candidate will be recommended or rejected by Staff Selection Board.
