TGPSC Group 1 Prelims Exam Date 2026: The Telangana group-1 prelims exam date has been finalized. TGPSC has decided to conduct the prelims exam on 09-06-2025. There was a huge demand for the announcement of Telangana state first Group-I Posts. The unemployed and job seekers have applied in a record number as they are likely to become IAS and IPS officers in the future if they get the posts of Deputy Collector and DSP. As of the closing date 14-03-2025. Approximately 4.5 lakhs candidates will apply for a total of 563 posts. On an average, 800 candidates are contesting for each post approximately. TGPSC has said that the Group-I Mains exam is likely to be conducted in September or October 2026.

TGPSC is going to conduct the Group-1 prelims exam on 09-06-2025 in all over Telangana State. Candidates who are applied for this TGPSC Group-1 Exam they can download the exam admit card/ hall ticket from May 2026.
To download TGPSC Group-1 Exam hall ticket you must have TGPSC ID and your date of birth.
Step-1: Open tgpsc..gov.in website and click on Download TGPSC Group-1 Hall Ticket Button
Step-2: Enter TGPSC ID, Date of Birth and Captcha and then click on Download Pdf Button.
Ste3-3: Take a printout at least two copies.
Step-4: Check your photo, signature, exam date and exam venue details.
Note: If possible visit the exam center one or two days before. Don’t get trouble on exam date. Some time google maps take you to somewhere. So visit the exam center earliest.
