Telangana Palle Dawakhana MLHP Jobs: New Doctors are coming to Palle Dawakhanas. Finance ministry issued an order allowing available MLHPs Mid Level Health Providers to be appointed on contract basis in Palle Dawakhanas. Accordingly, the medical and health department has started the exercise to complete the recruitment process as soon as possible. There are 4,745 health sub-centres across the state. Of these, 3,206 sub-centres have already been converted into Palle Dawakhanas by the health department. New doctors will be appointed in these Telangana Palle Dawakhanas. Another 636 health sub-centres are within the purview of primary health centres and doctors are already available in them. The new recruits are known as ‘Mid-Level Health Providers (MLHP)’.

The state is taking rapid steps towards a healthy Telangana. So that Palle Dawakhanaservices are available only in the villages. It has already made medical services accessible to the urban people by setting up basti dawakhanas in urban areas. The government has also introduced palle dawakhans to strengthen the health system in rural areas. The purpose of these establishment is to diagnose and treat the disease at the primary level. Moreover, the government is of the view that the people of the village can also be relieved of the situations where they go to unqualified doctors for treatments and suffer losses. The main objectives are to save the patient’s life and avoid financial burden by detecting the disease at an early stage rather than after treatment after it becomes severe. “Blood and urine samples will be collected and sent to the nearest Telangana Diagnostic Centre for diagnostic tests required at the Basti Dawakhanas. The results will be out within 24 hours. Based on them, it will pave the way for the villagers to avail medical services locally,” a medical source said.

Eligibility for TS Palle Dawakhana MLHP Jobs:

àMBBS/BAMS qualified doctors will be considered to work as MLHPs in health sub-centres. MBBS will be preferred.
àBSc Nursing graduates who have passed after 2026 or those who have passed BSc Nursing/GNM before 2026 and have completed a six-month bridge course in community health will be considered if MBBS/BAMs doctors do not come forward.

àCandidates who have passed MBBS, BAMS and Nursing courses must have registered their information in the respective councils.
The recruitment process will be conducted under the chairmanship of the District Recruitment Committee.

Salary for Telangana Palle Dawakhana MLHP Jobs:

MBBS/BAMS doctors working as MLHPs will be paid an honorarium of Rs 40,000 per month and nursing/GNMs will be paid Rs.29,900 per month.
