1. Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 170 Questions (120 Professional + 50 Aptitude) with 1/4 negative marking
2. Group Discussion & Behavioral Assessment
3. Personal Interview
Weightage: CBT – 85%, GD – 3%, Interview – 12%
Service Agreement Bond
General/OBC(NCL)/EWS: ₹5,00,000/-
SC/ST/PwBD: ₹2,50,000/-
Minimum 3 years service after training completion.
