As on 01-01-2025 age limits are 21-38 years for General
candidates.
For SC/ST/SEBC and all women candidates 21-43 years.

Monthly pay scale is Rs.35400-112400/-
Selection Process for OSSC Recruitment of Accountant Jobs:
Candidates selection for Accountant vacancy will be held in
3 stages.
Stage 1-Prelims Exam
Stage 2-Mathematics Test and Computer Knowledge Test
Stage 3-Certificates verification
OSSC Accountant Exam Syllabus Pattern:
OSSC Accountant Prelims Exam will be conducted for 100
marks.
Prelims exam is qualifying nature only.
Prelims Exam marks will be not be considered for preparing final
merit list.
Based prelims exam marks 1:6 ration candidates will be
shortlisted for Stage 2 Mathematics and Computer Knowledge Test.
Prelims exam is CBT or OMR based.
There is 0.25 negative marking for each wrong answer.
Prelims exam will be conducted for 100 marks.
