Selection for this Maharashtra Police Sub Inspector recruitment will be held in two stages.

1. Preliminary Exam-100 Marks
2. Mains Exam-200 Marks

3. Physical Efficiency Test-100 Marks

 

Written Test will be conducted for 100 marks and duration of exam is 1 hour. Question will be multiple choice objective type only.

Question Paper will be given in the both languages of English and Marati.
Pattern of Exam and topic covered in written exam is
1. English-25 Marks
2. Marathi-25 Marks
3. General Knowledge-50 Marks

For Marathi Subject-सववसामान्य शब्दसांग्रह, वाक्यरचना, व्याकरण, म्हणी व वाक्रचार याांचा अर्व व उपयोग तसेच उताऱ्यावरील रशनाांची उत्तरे.
For English Subject– Grammar, General Vocabulary, Idioms & Phrases their meaning and usage, Sentence Structure,  Comprehension

For General Knowledge–
(1) आधुननक भारताचा इनतहास.
(2) भारताचा नवशेषत: महाराष्राचा भूगोल
(3) भारतीय अर्वव्यवस्र्ा :- जागनतकीकरण, उदारीकरण, खाजगीकरण याांच्या नवशेष अभ्यासासह.
(4) ग्राम-रशासन, नजल्हा-रशासन, राज्य-रशासन:- रचना, सांघटन, काये.
(5) महाराष्रातील समाजसुधारक.
(6) भारताचे शेजारील राष्राांशी असलेले सांबांध.
(7) चालू घडामोडी.

 

 

MPSC Maharashtra Excise SI Recruitment Mains Exam Syllabus and Pattern:

Mains Exam will be conducted for 200 marks.
Mains Examination marks only considered for preparing merit list.
Two papers will in this Mains Exam of Excise SI Recruitment of MPSC
Paper 1-100 Marks
Paper 1 Covers the topics of
Marathi Language-60 Marks
English Language-40 Marks

Paper 2-100 Marks
General Knowledge & General Intelligence-100 marks
Both the papers objective type only. For each question one mark.

For Female Candidates Height is 155 cms and Weight is 40 kgs

For Male Candidates Height is 165 Cms

Chest 79 Cms and expansion 5 cms is mandatory.
