It also announced that it will hire 12,000 freshers in the current financial year. The bank’s chairman Dinesh Khara said 85 per cent of the students will be offered to engineering graduates. Around 3,000 POs and 8,000 associates will be trained in banking matters and then employed in various business departments.


Khara said that unlike in the past, there has been an increase in the dependence on technology in the banking sector as well. We need to focus on how to serve our customers based on technology. It is in this regard that some banks are facing challenges. those who are trained. They will be assigned various business and IT responsibilities depending on their talents, he said. This will enable the banking sector to provide adequate level of tech manpower. There will be no discrimination in the matter of responsibilities.
