 Candidates at the Army Recruitment Rally will be competing for General Duty Post available to recruit through screening test.
Post Name: Soldier (General Duty-Indian Domiciled Gorkhas)

Candidates applying to Soldier Post must not exceed the upper age of 23 years and not below 17 ½ years as reckoned on 01-10-2025.

Candidates interested to participate in the Army Recruitment Rally for Soldier General Duty Postmust have passed SSLC/10^th class with at least 55 % marks as aggregate or 12^th class with no aggregate percentage.

Selected candidates will be appointed on a proposed salary Rs.20,200/-

Other allowances are admissible as per the norms.

Applicants who have successfully applied are required to appear on the Army Recruitment rally and anticipate the instructions/evaluations process as follows:

i) Running Test: 1.6 Km within 5 Mins 45 secs

ii) Pull ups: Between 6 to 10

iii) 9 Feet Ditch: Need to Qualify

iv) Zig-Zag Balance: Need to Qualify

Candidates qualifying both the Physical Standards and Physical Fitness Test will be subjected to Detailed Medical Examination.

     4. Written Test (Common Entrance Exam )

Written Test will be conducted for candidates found to be medically fit as per the medical standards. It will consist of Objective Type questions based on syllabus as per the education standards prescribed for each post.
