Schedule 2026: According to the orders of the High Court, The state
government has postponed the DSC-2025 examination to be conducted for
the appointment of teachers due to elections. The state government
had earlier released a notification for filling up 6,100 teachers jobs. Along
with this, the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) notification has also been
released. TET exam already conducted. The AP DSC exams for teacher recruitment
are scheduled to start from 30th March. However, the High Court has
recently issued an order that four weeks should be given for the TET exam and
the DSC exam. In this background, Suresh Kumar revealed that a new schedule has
been created by making changes in the DSC exam schedule. He said that due to
the non-availability of exam centers due to IIT JEE and other entrance exams in
April, the schedule has been made to conduct teacher recruitment exams in May 2026. He said that the new schedule has been prepared by
leaving enough time for the candidates to prepare for the exams.

- In May, the Secondary Grade Teacher exam
will be conducted in 10 sessions with two sessions per day. - English Proficiency Test which is a preliminary test for
TGT, PGT and Principal posts will be conducted in May. - School Assistant, TGT, PGT, Physical Director, Principal
exams will be conducted in May 2026.
From March 20, candidates will be given web options to
select centers to write the exam.
Candidates can download their hall-tickets from 7 days before the exam date.
In the context of High Court orders that candidates with
Bachelor of Education qualifications are not eligible for secondary grade
teacher posts, GO-22 has been brought into effect from Thursday, changing the
qualifications in GO-11 announced earlier.
