APPSC Govt Jobs Calendar 2025: On the occasion of Swami Vivekanand Jayanti, the government is set to take significant steps to release the job calendar through the APPSC on January 12th. This includes:
- Announcing examination dates for 20 existing notifications.
- Issuing 18 new notifications to fill 866 posts, with 814 vacancies in the Forest Department.
The notifications will comply with SC classification norms, to be finalized soon.

- Forest Section Officer: 100 posts (30 carried forward).
- Forest Beat Officers and Assistant Officers: 601 posts (111 carried forward).
- Draftsman Grade-2 & Technical Assistant: 13 posts.
- Thanadar/Ranger: 10 posts.

- Junior Accounts Officer & Senior Accountant (Municipal Department): 11 posts.
- Agriculture Officer: 10 posts.
- Executive Officer (Devadaya): 7 posts.
- District Sainik Officer: 7 posts.
- Horticulture Officer: 2 posts.
- Assistant Inspector (Fisheries): 3 posts.
- Technical Assistant (Ground Irrigation): 4 posts.
APPSC 2025 Upcoming Notifications & Examination Schedule
The government plans to finalize APPSC exam dates for new and old notifications between March and June 2025.
Major Exams Timeline:
- Group-I Main Exams (Notification 11/2023): Likely after April 2025.
- Group-II Main Exams: February 23, 2025.
- Polytechnic Lecturer, Degree Lecturer, Junior Lecturer: March 2025

- Mines Department: Royalty Inspector.
- Factory Services: Inspector.
- BC Welfare: Hostel Welfare Officer.
- Various Departments: Junior Assistant-Typist, AMVI, Deputy Educational Officer, Environmental Engineer, Analyst Grade-2, Assistant Librarian, Forest Range Officer, Assistant Director, Assistant Chemist, Assistant Electrical Inspector, Assistant Statistical Officer, and Fisheries Development Officer.
