      • 5'7" but less than 5'8": 1 mark
      • 5'8" but less than 5'9": 2 marks

      • 5'10" but less than 5'11": 4 marks
      • 5'11" but less than 6'0": 5 marks
      • 6'0" and above: 6 marks
    • Chest (For General, OBC, and EWS candidates):

      • 31" (unexpanded) and 32" (expanded)
    • Chest (For SC/ST candidates):

      • 29" (unexpanded) and 30" (expanded)

    Candidates who do not meet these standards will be considered unfit for further participation in the recruitment process.

    HP Police Male Constable Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Details:

    The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) focuses on testing the endurance and agility of the candidates. The following events are part of the PET:

    1. 1500 Meters Race – Must be completed within 5 minutes and 30 seconds.
    2. High Jump – Minimum qualifying height is 1.35 meters (maximum three attempts allowed).
    3. 100 Meters Race – Must be completed within 14 seconds.
    4. Broad Jump – Minimum qualifying distance is 4 meters (maximum three attempts allowed).

    Candidates must successfully complete all events to advance in the selection process. Failure to meet the minimum qualifying standards in any event results in disqualification.
