ITBP Constable Kitchen Service Physical Efficiency Tests (PET) Details:
For Male Candidates:
- 1600 meters Run: Must be completed within 7 minutes and 30 seconds.
- Long Jump: Minimum distance of 11 feet, with 3 attempts allowed.
- High Jump: Minimum height of 3 ½ feet, with 3 attempts allowed.
For Female Candidates:
- 800 meters Run: Must be completed within 4 minutes and 45 seconds.
- Long Jump: Minimum distance of 9 feet, with 3 attempts allowed.
- High Jump: Minimum height of 3 feet, with 3 attempts allowed.
