i) Carrying a person (fireman lift of 63.5 kilograms to a distance of 183 meters within 96 seconds);
63.5 vajan vala admiko or sand bag ko 183 meter tak uthake lekejana hoga. Bahut jada practice karnahe..
(ii) Clearing 2.7 meters wide ditch landing on both feet (long jump) (Lambi Khud-Yetho as anise hojayega); and
(iii) Climbing 3 meters vertical rope using hand and feet.
(Rassi pakadke nichese upar thak 3 meter janahoga). Thodasa jada practice karna
padega rope climbing keyliye.
