BEL Bengaluru Walk-In Interview for Management Industrial Trainee for 2024-25

BEL Bengaluru Walk in interview: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna and premier professional electronics company under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, invites Indian nationals for a walk-in interview for the position of Management Industrial Trainee. CA/CMA inter qualified candidates are eligible to apply. Walk in interview date is 24-06-2024. Monthly stipend will be given to the shortlisted candidates.

Title: Management Industrial Trainee
Tenure: 1 year, extendable up to 3 years
Monthly Stipend:

• 1st Year: ₹18,000/-
• 2nd Year: ₹19,000/-
• 3rd Year: ₹20,000/-

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Nationality: Indian only.
2. Qualification: Passed ICWA Inter / CA Inter.
3. Age Limit: Maximum 25 years as on 01.06.2024.
   • Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for Persons with Disabilities.
4. Higher Qualifications: Not eligible for candidates with higher qualifications or currently pursuing higher qualifications.
5. Certificates: Must possess ICWA Inter pass/ CA Inter pass certificate at the time of verification.

Selection Process for BEL Bengaluru Management Industrial Trainee Jobs:

• Basis: Academic performance and interview.
• Reservations: As per Government norms.
• Communication: Selected candidates will be notified via email and the list will be published on the BEL website.

Important Information

1. Training Tenure: Initial tenure is 1 year, extendable up to a maximum of 3 years based on performance.
2. Facilities:
   • Canteen and transport facilities on a chargeable basis.
3. No TA/DA: Candidates will not be provided TA/DA for the selection process.
4. Documents Required:
   • SSLC Marks Card
   • Degree Certificate
   • ICWA Inter/ CA Inter pass certificate
   • Aadhar Card
5. Original Certificates: Must be produced at the time of verification.
6. Disqualification: Furnishing false information or canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
