Educational Qualification for Assistant Commandant Jobs Recruitment of UPSC CAPF:

The candidate must have qualified a Bachelors degree from a recognized University.

 

Age limits for UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Recruitment 2025:

As on 01-08-2025 the candidate’s lower age limit is 20 years and maximum age limit is 25 years.

For SC/ST candidates 5 years age relaxation is given and for OBC candidates 3 years of age relaxation is given.

 

Application fee for UPSC Jobs of Central Armed Police Forces Examination 2025:

There is no exam fee for Female/SC/ST candidates and for others Rs.200/- towards application fee.

 

Online application procedure for UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Recruitment Exam 2025:

The eligible candidates have to apply through the official portal of www.upsc.gov.in only on or before 14-05-2025. Before applying online must have read the Original notification. Pay application fee through the official website only using debit/credit or net banking. Selection Procedure for UPSC Central Armed Police Forces Asst Commandant Jobs Recruitment 2025:

Selection for this recruitment will be held in different stages.

1. Written Examination

2. Physical and Medical Standards Tests and Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

3. Interview/ Personality Test

Interview and personality test will be conducted for 150 marks.

Final selection will be based on merit in written test and Interview.

 

Written Examination Pattern for CAPF UPSC Assistant Commandant Examination 2025:

Written test will be conducted in two papers. Paper 1 will be held morning 10 a.m. to 12.00 Noon and Paper 2 will be held afternoon from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

 

UPSC CAPF Paper 1 Exam Pattern:

General Ability and Intelligence – 250 Marks (Objective type multiple choice questions in English and Hindi).
Exam Duration is 2 hours.
Question paper will be given in English and Hindi Languages.

UPSC CAPF Paper 2 Exam Pattern:

General Studies, Essay and Comprehension – 200 Marks In this paper candidates will be allowed the option of writing the Essay Component in English or Hindi, but the medium of Precis Writing, Comprehension Components and other communications/ language skills will be English only. Physical Standards for UPSC CAPF Asst Commandant Recruitment 2025:

For Men: Height: 165 cm, Chest: 81 cms (unexpanded) (with 5 cm minimum expansion)

Weight 50 kg.

For Women: Height: 157 cm, Weight 45 kg.
