No need to upload the Photographs-Live Capturing Enabled in New Website

However, the most notable change in the application process lies in the method of capturing candidate photographs. Unlike the previous procedure of uploading pre-captured images, the new application module introduces a live photograph capture feature. This innovative approach ensures the authenticity and currentness of candidate visuals, enhancing the overall security and credibility of the application process.

To comply with this requirement, candidates need to utilize either a webcam installed on their computer or laptop or an Android device equipped with a camera. A set of guidelines has been provided to ensure the effectiveness of the live photograph capture process. Candidates are advised to select a well-lit area with a plain background, position the camera at eye level, and maintain a straight gaze while capturing the image. Additionally, candidates should refrain from wearing caps, masks, or glasses/spectacles during the photographing process.

This shift towards live photograph capture not only aligns with modern technological advancements but also emphasizes the commission's commitment to enhancing the overall efficiency and credibility of its recruitment processes. By incorporating cutting-edge technology, the SSC aims to ensure a seamless and transparent experience for all candidates participating in its examinations.

New OTPR will come affective from SSC CHSL Exam Registration 2024:
