KVS Fees Challan UBI Union Bank of India Login Details/Download KVS Fee Challan Generation process

KVS Fee Challan of UBI Bank: Kendriya Vidyalaya KV School students/ parents can pay fee through Challan at any UBI Bank branch/any bank credit card/debit card or Internet banking or Mobile banking.  Fee payment mode is on quarterly basis i.e.

April, July, October and January. New Admission fee can be done any time during the year. Students/Parents can generate and download the KVS fee challan using the link https://eremit.unionbankofindia.co.in/Kvfees/. KV School teachers trained the students the process of fee challan generation through UBI portal. Fee payment and challan generating procedure are centralized with all Kendriya Vidhyalaya KV Schools. Student/ Parent have the facility to get the duplicate challan receipt in case they have lost original payment receipt. KVS fee Challan generation Process by UBI Bank:-

Kendriya Vidyalaya KV School fee paid in cash through challan generation by UBI Bank. KVS students will be trained the process of fee challan generation through UBI portal.

KVS fee can also pay online using credit/debit/Net banking.

Print out/ receipt of fee challan required only if payment making through Union Bank of India. If the payment mode is online no need to take print out.

Fine/Readmission fee deposited by students will reflect on fee receipt.

In case candidate have lost the original receipt provided by the UBI Bank, log on to www.unionbankofindia.co.in or www.kvsangathan.nic.in using students unique Id and password download the duplicate receipt.

Refund of KVS fee:

If the payment is twice or unsuccessful, cash will be refund back within next 5-6 working days.

KV Fees Challan UBI Union Bank of India Login Details:

1. For making online payment students/ parents log on to Kendriya Vidyalaya website given below

https://eremit.unionbankofindia.co.in/Kvfees/

2. Click the option ‘Generate challan’ and print Receipt.

3. Login using the 15 digits UID (Unique ID No) number of student as user id and password is DOB of student as per KVS fee challan (dd/mm/yy format).

4. Click on make payment

KV School Fee payment through online:

KV School fee can also pay online using credit/debit/Net banking. There is no need to take print out when the payment mode is online.

Payment made through credit card additional charges @ 1.5% plus service tax applicable.

There will be no transaction charges/ additional charges applicable when the payment done through Debit card/Internet banking /Cash deposit in bank.

KVS Fee payment through Mobile Banking:

-Install mobile banking application in your smart phone.

-Go to IMPS-P2M option

-Enter mPIN (sent by bank)

-Enter Beneficiary KVS mobile number. 9868577463 and MMID number- 9026963

-Enter the amount mentioned in the KVS Fee challan

After payment click on Submit button
