CUET PG Entrance Exam Syllabus 2024: Central
universities in the country are important for post-graduation (PG) studies.
Those who get an opportunity in these institutions can have a better future.
Teaching, accommodation and facilities, everything will be better here. With a
single test, we got a chance to compete for seats in these institutions. If you
pass the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), you can study at various
universities across the country. Recently, the QUEET PG announcement was made!
The CUET exams are conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). With the
score obtained, students can study in central universities, centrally run
educational institutions, state universities, deemed universities and private
educational institutions. Students can take the exam in any section of Physics,
Political Science, Chemistry, computer science, Economics, English and other
subject they want to join and compete for seats in that subject across the
country.
CUET PG Entrance Exam 2024 Educational Qualification
Those who have already completed their degree and
are currently in the final year courses can apply for the CUET PG. Any degree
is suitable for many courses. For the rest, it is mandatory to study the
relevant course in the degree. You have to apply online. Read the bulletin and
FAQs in full on the NTA website and fill in the details.
CUET PG Entrance Exam Pattern:
CUET PG Entrance exam will be conducted online.
There will be a total of 75 questions. The duration of the test is 105 minutes.
The test will be conducted in three shifts. It will be held from 9 am to 10:45
am, 12:45 pm to 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm to 6:15 pm. The questions will be in
English and Hindi mediums. Languages and literature question papers come in the
respective language. CUET Entrance Exam 2024 for MTech and some other exams
will be conducted in English. 4 marks for each correct answer. One mark will be
deducted for the wrong answer.
CUET PG Entrance Exam Preparation Tips:
Subject-wise syllabus details have been mentioned in the
notification. It should be observed carefully.
The syllabus should be studied from the degree books.
The basics of the three-year degree textbooks should be read with
priority. Special attention should be paid to the app and highlights.
After completing the reading of the syllabus, one should observe the
old QUEET question papers. You need to know the nature of the questions and the
importance of the subjects. The preparedness should be changed accordingly.
In the past, the question papers conducted by central universities for
PG admission will be used to combat CUET.
Those appearing for exams in science and maths subjects will be
advised to study the jam old question papers conducted by the IITs.
If you have written at least five mock tests before the exam,
analysed the results and continue to prepare, you can get a seat in the best
institution.

CUET PG Entrance Exam 2024 Application Fee:
Rs.1200/- for General candidates (up to two test
papers). Rs 1,000 for OBC-NCL/General-EWS, Rs 900 for SC/ST/Third Gender and Rs
800 for PwD. General candidates will have to pay Rs 600 for additional test
papers (per paper) and Rs 500 for the rest. (Application fee is available till
January 25)
CUET PG 2024 E-Admit Card:
The admit card has to be downloaded from the NTA website. It
contains all the details of the exam centre, date, shift/time.

Changes in Central Universities CUET PG
Entrance Exam 2024:
A lot of changes have been made in the exam this
time as compared to last year. All these are good for the students.
The number of questions has been reduced from 100 to
75.
The duration of the exam has been reduced by a quarter of an hour.
(From 120 minutes to 105 minutes)
In previous exams, Questions were also asked in General English, General
Awareness, Mathematical Aptitude and Analytical Skills. This time they were
removed. Almost all the questions come from the subject in which the exam is
being written. The general question paper will be for those who have applied
for management (MBA) and allied courses.
The exams will be held in three shifts instead of two.

Those who wish to get admission with the score obtained in the CUET will have
to apply separately to the university. Some of the courses are offered with
both MA/MSc degrees.
