TGDSC TRT Exam Schedule 2024: The School Education Department has decided to conduct the Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT) for a total of 19 days. These exams will be conducted online from 18 July to 05 August . Exams for the posts of secondary grade teachers (SGTs) taught in primary schools will be conducted for six days. In high schools (classes 6-10), the posts of school assistants (SAs) required for teaching will be held for three days. There will be a one-day test for PETs and language Pundits. The TRT application process began on 20-06-2024. TGDSC Telangana school education department has released a detailed exam schedule.
For the first time, the online system (computer-based test (CBT) will be conducted at the rate of two rounds per day. These will be conducted from 9 am to 11.30 am and from 2 pm to 4.30 pm. The last date for submission of applications is October 21. In 2017, around 2.50 lakh candidates appeared for the exams. Experts expect that number to come down somewhat this time. This is believed to be due to the fact that many of the subjects do not have any vacancies at all, while others are less.
