Singareni JA Court Status: Telangana High Court has cancelled the Singareni SCCL Junior Assistant Exam 2023. SCCL JA Exam is conducted on September 04 2023. There are total 177 vacancies are in SCCL JA Recruitment 2023. Due to court case Singarani Management hasn’t released the Junior Assistant results.
Singareni Junior Assistant: The High Court has issued orders not to take any further action regarding the recruitment of Junior Assistant Grade-2 posts in Singareni. Some people have filed petitions in the High Court alleging irregularities in examinations, educational qualifications and other aspects. The High Court held that the petitioners had shown evidence of their claim.. and ordered the suspension of Bharti until the next decision is issued.
The Junior Assistant Grade – 2 exam was conducted recently. There are many allegations on the conduct of the exams. Although the Singareni officials and JNTU officials say that they conducted the exams properly, some candidates were taken to Goa for special training on the day of the exam and there were allegations that the paper was leaked. However, the management of Singareni and JNTU officials hastily released the exam results.
70,000 people wrote the exams, out of which only 49,000 qualified in the exams and their marks and ranks were released. Every exam candidate wants to know how many marks they have got. But the Singareni authorities are not releasing it. Even though the ranks are to be released after the details of all the marks are revealed, the release of 49,000 candidates only in the name of merit is now raising suspicions. Every candidate who wrote the exam is now in a state of confusion as he does not know how many marks he has secured.
Along with the errors in the results, the candidates have many doubts about the way these exams are conducted. The officials, who said that everything has been thoroughly checked, have now confused the candidates over the errors in the release of the results. More than one lakh candidates have applied for only 177 posts and out of them up to 70 thousand have appeared for the exams. However, there are many doubts about the mistakes in the release of the exam papers.
Just 15 days before the exams, a man named Chandrasekhar was given the post of ‘Pa’, a key director in Singareni. Now that the post has been given to a person who will retire five months earlier, many doubts are being expressed about the conduct of examinations in Singareni. Suspicions are being raised about the candidates approaching the High Court on the suspicions that happened during the conduct of the JME examinations in the past, and then giving the post during the examinations to the person who was accused. As a result, the candidates approached the High Court. The High Court ordered that no replacement be made until further orders. As per the orders of the High Court, the selection process of the candidates is likely to take place after the further investigation. Many candidates are expressing dissatisfaction that Singareni is not maintaining transparency in the filling of jobs.
