Candidates who are qualified PG in any one of the given 41 subjects they are eligible to apply for this Karnataka SET 2023. Karnataka State Eligibility Test 2023 consists two papers. Age limits for Karnataka SET 2023:
There is no upper age limit for this KSET 2023 Assistant Professor jobs.
Karnataka State Eligibility Test KSET Exam Fee:
For General Rs.1150/-, for Cat-IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB Rs.950/- and for Cat-I, SC, ST, PWD Rs. 650/-.
KSET Exam Pattern and Syllabus:
Written exam will be OMR based only.
Paper 1- 100 Marks- 50 Compulsory questions- Duration is 1 Hour (09.30 A.M to 10.30 A.M)
Paper 2- 200 Marks -100 Compulsory questions- Duration is 2 Hours (11.00 A.M to 1.00 P.M)
Paper 1 KSET Exam Pattern:
Total 50 questions will be given and each question contains 2 marks.
Paper 1 will be conducted to test the general nature, teaching or research aptitude, reasoning ability, general awareness. Divergent thinking and comprehension.
The questions which will be of general nature, intended to assess the teaching/research aptitude of the candidate. It will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate.
Paper 2 will be conducted to test the candidates subject knowledge.
