Age Limits for HECL Management Trainee Recruitment:

• Upper age limit for HECL Management trainee is 29 Years.
• For OBC candidate’s age relaxation is 3 years.
• For SC/ST candidate’s age relaxation is 5 years.
• Age relaxation for the candidates of PWD is 10 years. If the candidate of PWD is belongs to SC/ST/OBC age relaxation is 15 years.

HECL 2016 Management Trainee Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:

MT Technical Eligibility:A degree in Engineering from the disciplines of Electrical, Mechanical, Electrical/EEE, Production/Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, Metallurgy,  Instrumentation & Civil. The candidates must have the pass percentage of 60% for General and OBC Candidates. For SC/ST candidates pass percentage is 55% only.

MT Non-Technical Eligibility: For Non Technical 60% marks from their post graduation is required. For SC/ST it is 55%.

Selection Process for HECL MT Technical Recruitment 2016:

For HECL MT Technical Recruitment the candidate must have qualified for the GATE 2015. Based on GATE marks of 2015 only, 80% marks given as weightageand followed by an interview which is having 20% of marks.

Selection Process for HECL MT Non-Technical Recruitment 2016:

A written test will be conducted at Ranchi center for 150 marks. Those who are qualified in that test they will be called for an Interview. Final selected candidates will receive the confirmation letter from HECL.

Work Experience forHECL Recruitment 2016:

HECL Training Period:

The training period for al l the HECL Management trainees will be two years.

Remuneration in Training Period of HECL MT Recruitment 2016:

At the time of training there will be Rs.16400/- given as a stipend per month. After successful completion of training they will placed in the pay scale of Rs.16400/- to Rs.40400/-

Application fee for HECL MT Recruitment:

Exam fees for the candidates of SC/ST is Rs.200/- and Rs.800/- for all other categories.
