Age limits for DFCCIL Executive, Junior Manager Posts
Candidates applying for Executive/Jr. Executive Posts must not exceed the upper age of 30 years while for Jr Manager Post, applicant’s age must lie between 18 to 27 years as reckoned on 01-01-2021.
Qualifications for DFCCIL Executive, Junior Executive, Junior Manager Recruitment
Candidates aspiring to join any of above posts must possess the following qualifications:
1. Executive: Must possess Diploma in the concerned discipline (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Communication) from a University recognized by Central/State Govt or AICTE.
2. Jr. Executive: Must have passed 10th class, having scored not less than 60% marks in the total. Moreover, minimum 2 years of ITI Apprenticeship under recognized Authority.
3. Junior Manager: B.E or BTech or two years MBA/PGDBA/ PGDBM/PGDM

Applicants who have successfully registered for any of the above Post within the stipulated date will be assessed on the basis of Computer Based Test following which selected candidates will be called for verification purpose.
Candidates who have applied for MTS Jobs, after successfully qualifying the Online test will be subjected to by Physical Efficiency Test.

Exam Pattern & Syllabus for DFCCIL Recruitment 2021:
Computer Based Online Test will consist of 120 Objective Type Questions covering 96 questions from Academic Syllabi as per the educational standards prescribed for the post and rest 12 based on General Awareness. Each wrong answer will deduct 0.25 marks from the total. Time Allotted for the exam is 2 hours.
