Physical Efficiency Test for OPSC Forest Ranger:

Chest for men 84 cms on expandable 89 cms.

Height for men 163 cms, for women 150 cms minimum.

Chest for women 79 cms, on breathing must have 84 cms. (Unfortunately it is asked by ORISSA this time)

Male candidates have to clear the 25 kms walk in 4 hours

Female candidates have to clear 16 kms in 4 hours.
