Telangana Gurukulam Recruitment Board Jobs 2023: The Gurukul Recruitment Board will issue job notifications by the end of this month for the recruitment of teaching posts in SC, ST, BC, Minority and General Gurukuls in the state. Job notifications will be issued for the 11,012 posts already sanctioned in the gurukuls and supplementary advertisements will be issued for the additional posts to be sanctioned in SC/ST gurukuls by the time of the written examination. As there are a large number of teacher posts, the board is making advance arrangements to avoid any technical glitches. As per the new order of the President, the trial runs are being conducted by incorporating locality and other technical aspects. The Gurukul Board, which is expecting lakhs of applications for these posts, is in the process of removing the pressure on the server to that extent. Though it was planned to issue advertisements in the first week of March itself to fill up the posts in gurukuls. The process was stalled due to the MLC election code.
Four Months Gap Between the Notification and Exam
At present, gurukul societies have provided the necessary information to the gurukul board for issuing job advertisements. The board is expected to issue job advertisements by the end of March. It is expected that the posts should be filled up as soon as possible after the issuance of job advertisements so that the shortage of teaching staff in gurukuls can be overcome. It is expected that there should be a gap of at least four months between the date of conduct of the written exam from the date of publication of the notification. The board has decided to give at least a month's time to apply online. Sources in the board revealed that the schedule will be prepared keeping in mind other exams as well. The recruitment target is to be completed by the academic year 2023-24.
