Eligibility criteria for West Bengal GNM Course Admission Notification 2017

Number of seats available for admission to General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Training Course: 2175 seats.

Female: 2105 seats.

Candidate should have upper age limit of 27 years and lower age limit of 17 years as on 01-01-2017.

Educational Qualifications for WB GNM Course Admission:

Applicant must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or equivalent examination from any recognized council/ board.

Candidate must be a citizen of India and able to read, write Bengali/ Nepali.

Selection Process for WB GNM Admission 2017:

Selection will be based on total marks obtained in compulsory subjects in the 10+2 examination.

Selected candidates will be called for necessary medical checkup, will undergo training in the allotted training schools in West Bengal.
