For the persons who are trained in Survey in ITI in Tamil Nadu for them upper age limit is 35 years.
Educational Qualifications for TNPSC Services Govt Jobs Notification 2019:
For Junior Assistant (Non – Security), Jr Assistant (Security), Bill Collector, Grade-I, Field Surveyor and Draftsman posts educational qualifications are S.S.L.C or its equivalent or higher studies.
For Typist and Steno Typist Grade III posts must have passed SSLC or its equivalent and Must have passed Type writing technical examination
1. Higher Grade/Senior Grade in Tamil and English (OR)
2. Higher/Senior Grade in English and lower/Junior grade in Tamil (OR)
3. Higher/Senior Grade in Tamil and lower/Jr grade in English
Pay Scale required for TNPSC Typist, Bill Collector Vacancies:
JUNIOR ASSISTANT, BILL COLLECTOR, GRADE-I, FIELD SURVEYOR, TYPIST and DRAFTSMAN is Rs.5200-20200 with GP of Rs.2400/-
For Steno Typist Grade III-Rs.5200-20200/- with GP of Rs.2800/-
Candidates must have known the Tamil clearly. If not familiar in Tamil candidate must have pass the Tamil language full test within 2 years of date of appointment.
Application/Examination/Registration Fee for TNPSC Junior Assistant, Bill Collector and other Jobs:

Selection Process for TNPSC Draftsman, Typist and other Vacancies of TNPSC Recruitment 2019:
Selection for all these vacancies will be held based on mark secured in Written Test only.
Exam Pattern and Syllabus for TNPSC Recruitment 2019:
Written test will be conducted for 300 marks with 200 questions and duration is 3 hours. Exam Paper will be given in English and Tamil languages. Exam paper consists of 3 different sections.
1. General Studies-75 Questions
2. Aptitude Test-25 Questions
3. General Tamil/English-100 Questions
Each question carries one mark.
Minimum qualifying marks is 90 for all candidates
