Assam STET Exam-2019 Age Limits: 

As on 01-01-2019 the candidate upper age should not exceed above 43 years. And for the SC/ST candidates 5 years of age relaxation is given.

Educational Qualification for Assam STET Graduate Teachers Recruitment Exam-2019: 

Candidates must have the below mentioned educational qualifications.

Assam STET Hindi Teacher:

 Ratna/Pravin in Hindi with 50%  of marks having Graduate degree qualification from any authorized university or B.A with Hindi is one of the subject having 50% marks and must have qualify the B.T/ B. Ed. degree from any authorized University/ Institutions

Assam STET Sanskrit Teacher:

 Shastri with 50% marks having degree qualification from any recognized University or B.A with Sanskrit as one of the subjects with 50% marks and B.T/ B.Ed degree from any recognized University.
For Classical Language/Assami Language candidate should have completed B.A 

For Other Subjects Candidate must have completed Degree with B.A/B.Sc/B.com with at least 50% of marks and B.T/B.ED qualification is required.

The candidates must be passed out from Same Medium which he/she is going to apply.

Written Exam consists of two different papers.
Paper 1-General Studies & Current Affairs-50 Questions-50 Marks

Paper 3-Pedagogy & General English -100 Questions-100 Marks.
