Punjab NABCONS Recruitment 2016: NABCONS also referred as NABARD  Consultancy  Services Limited requires aspirants for the Recruitment to the Vacancies of Team leader, Managers, Consultants, Block Thematic Expert -Social Mobilisation,

Block Thematic Expert -Training & Placement and Block Mission Manager on purely contract basis. Contract period will be for an initial period of 12 months. It will be extended based on performance review. As per notification, total available jobs are 72. Qualification for NABCONS Recruitment 2016:

1. Team leader:  MBA/PGDM with minimum 10 years of experience.

2. Managers: MBA/PGDM/MSW with 7 years of experience.

3. Consultants: B.E./ B.Tech/ MBA/ Any PG degree with 5 years of experience.

4. Block Mission Manager: MBA/PGSM/Post graduate in any discipline with 1 year experience.

5. Block Thematic Expert: MBA/PGSM/Post graduate in any discipline with 2 years experience.

Scale of Pay for NABCONS NABARD Consultancy Services Recruitment:

1. Team leader:  Rs.1,25,000/- per month.

2. Managers: Rs.1,00,000/- per month.

3. Consultants: Rs.60,000/- per month.

4. Block Mission Manager: Rs.40,000/- per month.

5. Block Thematic Expert: Rs.30,000/- (All Inclusive).
