As on 01-01-2022 candidates age limits are 21-32 years. For SC/ST/SEBC candidates upper age limit i s37 years.

Pay Scale for Management Trainee Jobs in OPTCL:

For Management Trainee Posts:
Stipend-Rs.18000/- in training after training Rs.15600 to 39100 with GP of Rs.5400/-
For Junior Management Trainee Posts Stipend is Rs.12000/-and pay scale is Rs.9300/- to 34800/- with GP of Rs.4600/-

Training Period- 1 Year
Service Agreement- 3 Years

Selection Process for Management Trainee Jobs in OPTCL:

Selection for these MT Jobs of OPTCL will be based on Computer Based Test CBT, Psychometric Test and Personal Interview.
Final Merit List Will be prepared purely based on marks secured in Online Exam and Personal Interview
