Pay Scale in NMHP National Mental Health Program:

Pay Scale for Program Officer Jobs is Rs.50,000/- per month; Rs.23,000/- per month for Psychiatric Nurse Jobs; Rs.20,000/- for Community Nurse (Case Manager) Jobs; Rs.25,000/- for remaining Jobs.

Qualification for NMHP National Mental Health Program:

1. For Program Officer Jobs, Essential Qualification must be MD in Psychiatry with 2 years of working experience as a specialist in hospital.

2. For Psychiatric Social Worker Jobs, Post Graduate degree with minimum 2 years experience in Mental Health or Psychiatric Social work.

3. For Clinical Psychologist, Post Graduate degree in Psychology or Applied Psychology and Master of Philosophy in relevant discipline with minimum 2 years experience.

4. For Psychiatric Nurse, Community Nurse (Case Manager) Jobs, B.Sc. in Nursing or equivalent Qualification with 2 years of experience in Psychiatry or Mental Health Institution/Hospital.

NMHP National Mental Health Program Selection Process:
