1.100 meters running: 14 Seconds

2. Long Jump: 457.2 cms

3. High Jump: 132.2 cms.

4. Pull Ups or chinning: 8 times

5. Putting the Shot (7264 grams): 609.6 cms

6. Rope Climbing (only with hands): 365.8 cms.

7. Throwing the cricket ball: 6096 cms.

8. 1500 meters run: 5 min 44 sec

 

Written Test/ OMR Test:

Written test/ OMR Test will be conducted for the candidates who are qualified in physical tests.
