Age Limits for Gujarat High Court District Judge Recruitment-2018:

The minimum age limit is 35 years and the maximum age limit is 45 years. For the candidates of Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Caste, Orthopedically Disabled Persons, Socially & Educationally Backward Classes and Ex-servicemen candidates age limits are given up to 48 years.

Gujarat District Judge Essential Educational Qualification: 

The candidates must have qualified the Degree in Law from a recognized University in India and the candidate must have practicing as a Advocate in Courts of Criminal and/ or Civil jurisdiction.

Selection Process for Gujarat District Judge: 

The selection for this Gujarat District Judge Recruitment is based on the

1. Preliminary Test

2. Mains Examination

3. Viva Voce Test (Personal Interview)

District Judge Prelims Examination Pattern:

Prelims exam consists of 2 papers. Each paper will be conducted for 100 Marks and exam duration is 2 hour for each paper.

District Judge Mains Written Exam Pattern:

Mains Written exam will be conducted for 200 marks and consists two separate papers. Each paper having 100 marks and exam duration for each paper is 3 hours.

Application Fee for the GJ High Court District Judge Recruitment 2017: 

The eligible candidates have to pay Rs.1000/- for the SC/ST and Backward class, Ex-servicemen, PWD candidates Rs.500/- plus bank charges. Bank charges are applicable for all.

The candidate have to pay the amount in any SBI with the cash voucher to the Current Account No.30725811785 in the name of Registrar General, High Court of Gujarat, to State Bank of India, High Court Complex Branch, Sola, Ahmadabad through any core banking services of SBI.
