Age limits: 

Age limits for  all the given posts in CMLRE.

For the post of Junior Research Fellows:

 Maximum 30 years i.e. Candidate should not exceed 30years as on last date of application submission.

For the post of Project scientists ‘B’:

Candidate should not exceed 35 years on the date of closure of application submission.

For the post of project scientists ‘C’:

Maximum of 40 years as on last date of application submission

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSTS IN CMLRE:

PROJECT SCIENTISTS ‘B’:

Candidate should have these educational qualifications for applying this post.

i.e.   M.Tech, B.Tech, M.SC and MCA in their respective fields.

PROJECT SCIENTISTS ‘C’:

M.Tech, B.Tech, M.SC and MCA in their respective fields

JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWS SHIP:

M.SC in any natural Science, Earth science and Oceanography.

Candidates who have these education qualifications must secure at least 60% marks in their degree from a recognized university.

PAY SCALE OFFERED BY CMLRE FOR EMPLOYEES:

CMLRE offers efficient salaries for their employees. They provided pat scale based on the post recruited.

FOR project scientist B: Rs.47000

FOR PROJECT SCIENTIST ‘C’:Rs.49000

JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWS: Rs.25000

Probationary Period allowed by CMLRE:

In CMLRE, minimum period of engagement in post will be one year, this may extended after one year but only up to 2020 March. No candidate will be a permanent employee in these posts offered by cmlre.

Selection Process adopted by CMLRE:

Candidate will be recruited through an interview, no written will be conducted. Eligible candidates should bring their original educational certificates along with attested Xerox copies. Candidates must have minimum three years experience 3 years will be calculated from completion of their academic degrees. Importance will be given for islanders for the posts in CMLRE.
