Intermediate qualified female candidates are eligible to apply online for this CFW Andhra Pradesh ANM/MPHW Course Admission 2024. Official website to apply online is http://CFW.Ap.nic.in. Last date to submit the application form for this CFW Andhra Pradesh ANM Course admission is 30-09-2024. Classes for ANM/MPHW course will be starts from 21-10-2024. There are only 2330 seats available 58 government and private educational institutions. 

Age limits for CFW Andhra Pradesh MPHW Admission 2024:

As on 31-12-2024 age limits are 17-30 years for general candidates.

For SC, ST and BC candidates upper age limit is 35 years.

Educational Qualification for AP ANM Course Admission:

Intermediate qualified Female candidates are eligible to apply for this ANM/MPHW Course training.

Seats availability:

All seats are for free for MPHW course in government colleges.

60% seats in private colleges are free and 40% seats are under Management Trainee.

Selection Process for CFW Andhra Pradesh MPHW Course Admission 2024:

Purely based on merit in intermediate score candidates will be selected for this Multipurpose Health Worker Female course admission. Merit List or selection list will be updated respective district DMHO office.

Eligible female candidates download application form at https://cfw.ap.nic.in/RHS2024.html website. Last date to submit the application form along with all supporting documents is 30-09-2024.

Required Documents:

(a) SSC certificate

(b) Intermediate certificate

(c) Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST/BCs)

(d) Residential Certificate/Study Certificate from 6^th to 10^th class

(e) Registration fee of Rs.50/- (Rupees fifty only) by way of D.D. in favour of Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare. A.P.

BC/SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of registration fee.
