CCL is a subsidiary company of Coal India limited and it is catogery-1 Miniratna Company. This is the special recruitment for the candidates of SC/ST for the trainees of Mining Sirdar. CCL issued
notification for the Mining Sirdar 40 posts under SC/ST quota. Preference will be given to the

candidates of Project affected people of SC/ST. The training for the Mining Sirdar will be four years certificate. After completion of successful training the candidate can get a job any coal based companies in India or abroad. In this CCL Mining Sirdar training the trainee will get all the eligible certificates of Mining Sirdarship, First Aid and Gas Testing from DGMS within the Training Period. Eligibility for Central Coalfield Mining Sirdar Trainee Recruitment:

As per Mining Act 1952 the candidate should have qualified Intermediate or 12th class to apply for this CCL Mining Sirdar trainee posts. The candidate must have the good physical condition as well as mental condition. There is a medical test will be conducted before joining.

Age Limits for CCL Recruitment-2016: 

The candidate’s age limits as on 01-01-2016 in between 18 to 23 years.

BOND: Before joining in CCL the candidate has to accept a bond worth Rs. 200000/- with four years or training in CCL company. After completion of training the candidate should work with CCL a for five years after regularization. It means if the candidate has failed to do with ECL he should hav to pay Rs.200000/-. And his certificates which he will receive in training will be ceased such as Mining Sirdarship, First Aid and Gas Testing.

Central CoalfieldsLimited Trainee Training Procedure:

The training will held for the four years including practical classes and theoretical in mines. The company itself sponsors the accommodation and food, traveling allowances, books etc. For pocket expense a limited amount will be given monthly by CCL.

For first year Rs.1000/-, Second Year Rs.1250/- , third year Rs.1500/- and for the fourth year Rs.1750/- will be given.

 Mode of Selection for CCL Mining Sirdar Trainee:  

The selection will be based on written test and Intermediate marks with the ratio of 80:20. Project affected people will get the additional 5% marks. Final selection will be based on medical fitness as per based on mining act.
