A bachelor’s degree with 60% of marks and for SC/ST/PWD candidates from a recognized university.

Selection process for BOB Probationary Officers Recruitment of 2018:

Selection for this BOB Recruitment will be held in 3 stages.

1. Written Test (Objective and Descriptive)

2. Psychometric Assessment

3. Group Discussion and Personal Interview

Written Exam Syllabus and Pattern for BOB PO’s Recruitment 2018:

a) Objective Type Test will be conducted for 200 marks with 2 hours duration.

1. Reasoning 50 Questions – 50 marks

2. Quantitative 50 Questions – 50 marks

3. General Awareness (Related Banking Industry) 50 Questions – 50 marks

4. English Language 50 Questions – 50 marks

b) Descriptive Test: The Descriptive Test of 30 minutes duration with 50 marks will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay). The candidates are required to qualify in the Descriptive Test by securing passing marks, to be decided by the Bank.

Phase – III: Group Discussion (20 marks) & Interview (30 marks) The aggregate marks of candidates qualifying in both the Objective Tests and the Descriptive Test will be considered for calling candidates to the Group Discussion and Interview.
