1. High Court of Judicature at Bombay – Select List of 47 candidates.

2. High Court Bench at Nagpur – Select List of 02 candidates.

3. High Court Bench at Aurangabad – Select List of 05 candidates.

Age Limit for Jobs of Personal Assistant vacancies in Bombay HC:

Not be less than 21 years of age and not be more than 38 years as on the date of publication of this Recruitment. This upper age Limit will not be applicable to the employees of High Court or Government. Age Limit will be relaxed by 5 years for Scheduled caste, Scheduled tribe, Other Backward Classes, Special Backward Classes by Government of Maharashtra.

Qualification for Bombay High Court Personal Asst Vacancies Recruitment 2019:

1. Candidates must possess university degree. High Court of Bombay will give preference to the candidates possessing degree in Law.

2. Candidates must possess Government commercial certificate or passed ITI for speed of 120 words per minute in English shorthand and 50 words per minute in English typing.

3. Candidates must possess computer certificate proficiency in word processor windows and linux.

Pay Scale for Personal Assistant Jobs in Bombay HC:

Candidates will get Pay Scale of Rs.15,600/- to Rs.39,100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- and other allowances as admissible under rules.

High Court of Bombay Selection Process for Personal Assistant Jobs:

1. Candidates have to select only one place bombay or Aurangabad or Nagpur.

2. Candidates will be selected for above Jobs based on exam in shorthand, typing and viva voce.

3. shorthand, typing tests consists of 40 marks each and viva voce is for 20 marks.

4. Passing marks for typing test, shorthand test is 20 each. These tests will be taken on computer.

5. Candidate who will be selected in shorthand test, will go for typing test. Candidate who will be selected in typing test will go for viva voce.

6. This Selection Process has 3 parts.

Part I	Dictation of 2 passages in English (600 words) for transcription to ascertain shorthand speed.
Part II	English passage consists 500 words to ascertain typing speed.
Part III	Viva Voce.
