Qualifications for Office Assistant, Copyist Attender is VIII pass.
For Watchman, Masalchi is able to read and write Tamil.
Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 30 years for unreserved candidates. For SC/ST candidates is 35 years and 32 years for BC candidates.
Pay scale for Office Assistant and other posts is Rs. 15,700/- to Rs. 50,000/-
Application fee for BC/ BCM/MBC & DC/ others is Rs. 500/-. No application fee for reserved candidates.
Candidate selection for Office Assistant, Watchman and other posts is based on written Examination, Practice Test & Oral Test.
1. Written exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions. Time duration is 60 minutes.
Part A: General Knowledge: 30 questions- 30 marks. minimum qualifying marks – 9marks.
Part B: General Tamil: 20 questions- 20 marks. minimum qualifying marks – 6marks.
2. Practical Test: 70 marks. Minimum qualifying marks- 21 marks.
3. Oral Test: 30 marks- Minimum qualifying marks – 9marks.
