Qualification for IBPS Specialist Officer SO Jobs:

-Four year Engineering/ Technology Degree for IT Officer jobs or PG in Electronics/IT/Computers/ECE or Degree with DOEACC B Level certificate.

-Four year graduation degree in Agriculture/Animal Husbandry/Cooperative/Fisheries/Dairy Technology/Science for Agricultural Field Officer;

-HR/Personnel Officer-Degree and PG or 2 years diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR / HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law.

-Marketing Officer jobs-Degree with MBA Marketing or PGDBM/ PGDBA or MMS

-PG degree in Hindi with English in Degree for Rajbhasha Adhikari;

-Degree in Law for Law Officer jobs.

Age Limit for IBPS Agriculture Field Officer, Marketing Officer Recruitment:

Age Limit as on 01-11-2022 should in between 20 to 30 years and age relaxations are applicable for SC/ST 5 years, OBC candidates 3 years and 10 years for PH candidates.

 

Selection Process for IBPS Specialist Officer SO, Marketing and Agricultural Officer Jobs:

It will be through IBPS SO CRP Exam followed by Interview. IBPS SO CRP Exam test pattern mentioned below. These tests except the English Language exam will be available bilingual i.e. Hindi and English. There will be penalty for each wrong answer i.e. one fourth or 0.25 of the marks will be deducted. The maximum marks allotted for Interview round are 100. The minimum qualifying marks will not be less than 40%. It is 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category candidates.
