Educational Qualification and Experience for TNAU Nursing Assistant and Medical Officer Jobs:

Staff Nurse: The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Degree/ Diploma in Nursing from a recognized Board or University. She must have qualified in the Mid-wife examination conducted by the Institution approved by the Tamil Nadu Government. The candidate should have practical experience of not less than 2 years for the post of Staff Nurse.

Pharmacist: The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Diploma in Pharmacy and passed in plus two examinations. The candidate must have a working experience of not less than 5 years in pharmacy for the job of Pharmacist.

Nursing Assistant: The candidate should have qualified 8^th standard and qualified the Nursing Asst Training Course Examination conducted by the Government Medical College of Tamil Nadu. The candidate should have a working experience of at least 1 year for the job of Nursing Assistant.

Medical Officer: The candidate should have the qualification of M.B.B.S Degree and registered as practitioner under Madras Medical Registration Act, 1914. He must serve as a house surgeon for not less than a period of 12 months. He must be proficient in Tamil, if not he will have to qualify a Second class Language test which will be conducted after 2 years from appointment.
