OMTES PGT and TGT Educational Qualification:
The candidate must have Master of Arts (Education)/Master of Education/Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Management and Administration/ Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education/ Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University and conversant with computer application. The required qualification should be in their respective fields of jobs. They should possess a minimum experience as per requirement.
Age Limit for OMTES Govt Job Vacancies:
The candidates who are interested and eligible for the PGT and TGT Jobs should not exceed 40 years. However, relaxations are provided as per reservation.

Mode of Selection for OMTES PGT and TGT jobs:
The candidates will be selected by two processes. The candidate will be entailed by 50% of weight age in academic qualification. 20% will be on the basis of previous work experience. And the remaining 30% on personal interview.
