Age Limits for Various Engineering Stream of  SSC Officers Tech OTA Chennai Apr 2023:

(i) For SSC(Tech)- 60 Men and SSCW(Tech)- 31 Women. 20 to 27 years as on 01 Apr 2023 (Candidates born between 02 Apr 1996 and 01 Apr 2003, both days inclusive).
(ii) For widows of Indian Armed Forces Defence Personnel who Died in Harness Only. SSCW (Non Tech) [Non UPSC] and SSCW(Tech)- A maximum of 35 years of age as on 01 Apr 2023.

Educational Qualification for SSC Officers Recruitment Notification 2022:

The Candidate should have completed the Degree in the Engineering Stream or those who are pursuing their final year/semester can also eligible to apply for the officers post.
For SSCW Posts (2 Posts)Any Degree or Technical Degree is required

Pay Scale for Indian Army Engineering Officers Jobs Course through SSC:

In training period Rs.21000/- stipend will be given.
After Successful Training based on promotion/rank salary will be given.

Selection Process  for SSC Officers Tech  Army Jobs for various Engg Recruitment OTA Chennai 2022:

Initially based on received applications  a short list will be prepared and those candidates only called for the SSB Interview.
The Candidates are selected based on the interview conducted by Short Service Commission of an Indian Army and based on the qualifications and marks obtained in the degree level.

Training period will be 49 weeks.
